Mainline Productions took a trip to Clark's Trading Post in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Clark's is home to the White Mountain Central Railroad, which offers steam train rides on a 2 1/2 mile track. The regular train is pulled by 2 truck Climax #6, one of only three of the geared climax locomotives operating in the world. But on September 19 and 20, The White Mountain Central has the annual "Railroad Days." This year, the Climax, a Baldwin 2-4-2T, a US Army GE centercab diesel, and a Porter 0-4-0T were operating.
If you've never been to Clark's, you may wonder who that strange guy chasing the train in a little car is. Well, after the WMCRR opened in 1958, they decided to make the train ride a liitle more interesting. Thus, "The Wolfman" was born. Also, you may notice another guy with the Wolfman in part 2, That's Wolfman Bill, He acted as the wolfman for 15 years.
